✅ Configuration:

• Part of the building has insulated Isover Profi framework, vapor barrier, hydro barrier, 150mm, 101.5 m². The size along the outer walls is 3.5x7.0 m², and the ceiling is 11.34 m². It has alder paneling with aluminum foil, alder benches in the sauna (90x20x3000, 50 pieces), Tesli Briz RS 1900 x 700 door (transparent).
• Relaxation room with spruce tongue-and-groove flooring, 8 m². The walls cover an area of 26.6 m², and the ceiling is 9.2 m², both with pine paneling.
• Shower room with OSB flooring, a sanitary trap, and a 10cm border, covering an area of 1.14 m². The walls are covered with either alder paneling or plastic, depending on the customer's preference, covering 8.2 m². The doors are wooden with glass inserts finished with oil wax.
• Open part of the building (the terrace is open) measures 2x7 meters. The floor is made of thermal pine decking, covering 14 m². There are four columns without railings, and the ceiling has pine paneling, covering 14 m².
• Single-pitched roof, truss system, metal profile roof, TVT 0000 color, wave height of 4 cm, covering 40 m². It has a structural edge around the perimeter covered with a metal plank, except for the rear part where a gutter system with drainage is installed, covering 10 meters.
• Built-in option "Fresh Breath" 1 x 5000 UAH.
• Electric stove Legend PO 16.5 kW = 43,500 UAH. Xenio CX170 control panel.
• Niagara bucket waterfall. Contrast shower 50 liters for the Sauna Banya and sauna, installed on the terrace in the ceiling, recommended for use in warm weather, 1 set with installation.
