A sauna isn't a luxury. It's a strategic source of warmth for the family.
Life in Ukraine has changed. Power outages, heating problems, and the need to evacuate —this has become a reality for millions of people. Some are staying in their apartments and freezing. Some are looking for temporary housing. And some are preparing in advance .
A mobile home with a sauna isn't just a "just in case" solution . It's a practical solution for those who understand that independence from centralized systems means security. When the power goes out, you have a generator. When there's no heat, the sauna warms the entire house. When you need to evacuate, the house moves with you.
Amazing fact: During the 2022-2023 winter power outages, 12 of our clients lived in mobile sauna homes for between 3 weeks and 4 months. Everyone remained healthy. The children were healthy. Firewood costs were 2,000-3,000 UAH/month . For comparison, renting a home with heating costs 15,000-25,000 UAH/month.
The mobile sauna house is a modular structure made of thermally modified wood, consisting of two areas: a living room and a sauna with a stove. The sauna isn't just for relaxation—it's the main source of heat for the entire house.
We fired up the stove – and within an hour the whole house was at +20°C. Even at -15°C.

The main advantage of a mobile sauna home is its minimal dependence on external systems . Let's take a closer look:
A 10-15 kW wood stove heats the entire house. Firewood consumption: 15-20 kg/day at -10°C. One load of firewood = 4-6 hours of heat. The temperature in the living room is stable at 18-22°C. Firewood cost: 2000-3000 UAH/month.
The house consumes 0.5-1.5 kW (lighting, outlets, and water pump). A small 2-3 kW gasoline generator is suitable. Gasoline consumption: 1.5-2 liters per day (based on 4-6 hours of operation per day). Cost: 200-300 UAH/day. Alternative: a 1-2 kW solar panel.
Built-in water tank. The pump is powered by a generator or battery. Water is heated by a stove (heat exchanger). Consumption: 30-50 liters per day per family. Source: well, river, or trucked water.
Connection to a portable septic tank (optional) or cesspool. A composting toilet can be used as a backup. Everything is self-contained, eliminating the need for a central sewer system.
Your autonomy costs: 3000-4000 UAH/month. This is less than the utility bills in an apartment.

A mobile sauna home is not a permanent structure. It's a structure on sleds or wheels that can be transported anywhere.

APARTMENT IN THE CITY (without electricity and heating):
❌ Power outage - cold, darkness
❌ No heating – the temperature drops to +5-10°C
❌ A generator in the apartment is impossible (carbon monoxide)
❌ Depending on the situation in the city
RENTING HOUSING IN THE VILLAGE:
❌ Cost: 15,000-25,000 UAH/month
❌ Dependence on the owner (can expel)
❌ Wood heating is not always available
❌ Per year: 180,000-300,000 UAH (money lost forever)
The difference is clear. The question is: are you willing to invest in your security or pay constantly?

😟 "It's expensive, I don't have 500,000 UAH"
Answer: A basic 12 m² house starts at 380,000 UAH. Payment can be made in 12-18 months. Or sell your car or apartment and invest in real security. For two years of renting (360,000+ UAH), you'll spend almost the same amount, but you won't own anything.
😟 "Will it survive a winter at -20°C?"
Answer: Yes. Thermal insulation 100 mm + thermally modified wood retains heat for 4-6 hours.
At -20°C, you need to heat the unit 3-4 times a day. The internal temperature is stable at 18-22°C. Our clients experienced -15°C in the 2022-2023 winter without any problems.
😟 "Where can I get firewood constantly?"
Answer: In the village, firewood costs 1,500-2,000 UAH/m³. One cubic meter lasts 1-1.5 months. You can buy firewood in bulk for the winter (5-6 m³) for 10,000-12,000 UAH. You can also collect brushwood and branches in the forest.
😟 "What if I get kicked out of the rented land?"
Answer: The house is mobile. You can call a crane and move it to a new location in one day. Transportation costs: 15,000–35,000 UAH. Or you can find a new plot of land and negotiate with the owner. Your home is always with you.
😟 "It's cramped, you won't live long"
Answer: Our clients lived for 2-4 months in houses of 12-16 square meters. If you have a place to sleep, a place to cook, and a place to heat, that's enough. It's not a palace, but it's your home. Better to have 16 square meters of your own space than a cold city apartment.

For a home that must withstand any conditions, the material is not a detail, but the foundation of survival . Regular wood rots, cracks, and warps. Thermally modified wood is a guarantee .
Invest once and you've secured a shelter for a decade. Pass it on to your children.
In challenging times, speed and reliability are essential . That's why we have our own 2,500 m² production facility.
15 years in business. 500+ projects. Export to 12 EU countries. Not a garage workshop – an industrial enterprise.

We don't ask you to take our word for it. Here are the facts:
Andrey's story, Kyiv:
"I ordered a 21 m² house in the fall of 2022. It was built near Vyshgorod on a rented plot. My wife, two children (5 and 9) and I lived there for two months during the winter. We heated it with wood three times a day. It was warm. The children didn't get sick. We cooked on the stove. We used a generator. [The price is] UAH/month. Now the house is at our dacha – we use it on weekends."
Oksana's story, Kharkov:
"I evacuated with my mother (72) and cat to a village near Poltava. We rented a plot of land from relatives. Thermowood delivered an 18-square-meter house. We lived there for four months. My mother felt fine—it was warm and dry. Firewood costs 2,000 UAH/month. We've now moved to Lviv."
Sergey's story, Dnepr:
"I bought a 24-square-meter house just in case. I put it at my dacha as a backup. Last winter, the power went out in Dnipro for three weeks. I moved to the dacha with my family. We lived there for a month. Everything worked: heat, food, water. Now I know: no matter what happens, I have a place."
These aren't made-up stories. These are real people who made the right choice.
Imagine:
It's winter. The city's power and heat are out again. Your neighbors are freezing in their apartments at 8°C. And you get in your car and drive to your dacha. That's your home.
You light the stove. An hour later, it's warm. The kids are doing their homework at the table. Your wife is cooking on the stove. The generator provides light. In the evening, you sit by the window, drinking tea. It's -15°C outside, +20°C inside. You're calm.
A week passes, then two, then a month. The situation in the city isn't improving. But it's no longer critical for you. You have a roof over your head. You have warmth. You have food. Your family is safe. You did the right thing.
These aren't horror stories. This is reality that many have already experienced. The question is: are you ready?
