🔸 1. Vertical suspension above the stove

This is the most classic and effective way of using herbs.

✅ What it looks like:

A horizontal beam (or decorative base) is installed above the stove , on which bunches of herbs are suspended vertically downwards .

✅ What does it give:

• heat and steam rise up, warming the grass
• essential oils are released slowly and evenly
• the aroma fills the entire space of the steam room

Use a combination of 3-5 herbs (for example: wormwood, mint, St. John's wort, sage, pine needles). This will provide a multi-layered, "live" aroma.
