1. General description:

• Wooden, insulated, prefabricated, portable chicken coop with walking.
• Dachny.
• House outside: length – 2.0 m, width – 2.0 m, height – 2.5 m.
• Wooden frame.
• The length of the walking area is 4 m, width is 2 m.

2. Gender:

• Insulated 50 mm Isover Pro.
• Vapor barrier.
• The floor board is tongue and groove 32 mm.

3. Walls:

• Outside and inside there is wooden lining 90x15 mm.
• Vitrobarrier.
• Insulation 50 mm Isover Prof.

4. Window:

• Wooden, with mesh and wooden latch.
• Located on the right side of the house.

5. Inside:

• On both sides of the house there are places for birds to sit and ladders for climbing.

6. Egg boxes:

• 2 pieces, located on two outer sides of the house.
• The lids of the boxes are covered with corrugated sheets in "Brown" color.
• External corners are rounded.

7. Roof:

• Gable.
• The roof covering is corrugated sheeting in “Brown” color.
• Insulation 50 mm Isover Prof.
• Vapor barrier.
• Wooden lining inside.

8. Painting:

• House exterior: two layers of Tikkurila, color TVT 5051. Without finishing.
• Inside: walls, ceiling, floor – bioprotection wood treatment.
• The staircase, all the details of the detachment (also under the house) are in TVT 5051 color.

9. Frame processing:

• Biosecurity.

10. Door:

• Wooden with a latch for entering and servicing the chicken house.
• Open to the right.

11. Walk:

• Walking area length – 4 m, width – 2 m, height – 2 m.
• The entrance to the paddock is on the right side of the enclosure (see plan).

12. Foundation work is not provided.

• We recommend that the Customer prepare foam blocks (or other: concrete blocks, bricks, tiles, etc.) to separate wooden structures from the ground.

• In panel form at the customer's address.
• Carried out by passing transport.
• After agreeing on the amount, it is paid to the driver.

2. Installation of a chicken barn on the Customer’s site:

• 10% of the cost.
